Asynchronous Consensus

Description: Asynchronous consensus is a type of consensus algorithm that allows participants in a system to reach an agreement without the need for all to be online at the same time. This is particularly relevant in distributed environments where connectivity may be intermittent or where nodes may operate in different time zones. Unlike synchronous consensus algorithms, which require all nodes to be available simultaneously to validate transactions or blocks, asynchronous consensus allows nodes to communicate and reach an agreement at different times.
